Half-Day Spring Retreat

Would you like to march into Spring with a calm and happy mind? To enrich and cultivate our self-reliant home practices, join our half-day retreat via ZOOM on March 19, (Friday, 1 PM- 5 PM). This retreat includes meditation, Qigong, dharma discourse & conversation, optional one-on-one interview, and mindfulness practice throughout the day. You will be given opportunities to practice meditation at rest and in motion.
