DahnJon Abiding Workshop (2 classes)

During our recent Immunity Building Workshop with Rev. Sohn, a doctor of Asian medicine and acupuncture, we learned that our DahnJon is the king meridian point, the chi-energy source for life and health. As you are well aware, dwelling in our DahnJon is the primary meditation technique of Won Buddhism.

To help us train in this technique, we are inviting a special guest teacher, Rev. Moksanim.  He will coach our practice in two classes (Nov. 11 & Nov. 18, 6:30-8 pm, Wednesdays).

Since the pandemic, we have offered various book clubs and workshops on Wednesday evenings for our spiritual and physical wellbeing. This workshop in November will be the last one for this year. (We plan to offer more workshops next year, beginning in February.) Don’t miss this opportunity to support your practice!

Rev. Moksanim (KwanEung Yook) is a DahnJon Meditation Master who has led numerous meditation retreats. As an ordained Kyomunim for 32 years, he has worked for the Won Buddhist newspaper and currently runs a Healing and Meditation Center in the southern coastal area of Korea. As a poet and writer, he has published 7 books, and we are honored to have him as a guest teacher.
