Introduction to Meditation (In-Person Class)

Join us at the Chapel Hill Temple! This class is for anyone who is interested in learning the basics of meditation and who would like to explore it with guidance from an experienced teacher. Please feel free to invite friends to this one-time class. Meditation is a powerful technique for dealing with stress, difficult emotions, and uncertainty.
Suggested donation: $5-15 (No one is turned away due to financial limitations.)
