Introduction to Meditation (In-Person Class)
December 10, Saturday, 3-4:30PM
Join us at the Chapel Hill Temple! Beginners are welcome. This class is for anyone who is interested in learning the basics of meditation and who would like to explore it with guidance from an experienced teacher. Please feel free to invite friends to this one-time class. Meditation is a powerful technique for dealing with stress, difficult emotions, and uncertainty.
Please wear loose-fitting clothes & clean socks.
Please bring your water bottle.
Facemasks are required.
Journals optional for notetaking.
