Qigong with Rev. WonGong
November 5 & 12, Fridays, 2-3pm
Qigong is a great way to maintain our vibrant chi-energy. This fall, we are offering an in-person outdoor Qigong program for 3 weeks. During these sessions, you will practice basic Qigong and Tai-chi forms that you can easily make a part of your daily life.
All contributions will support our Meditation Garden Project.
